Please note that event bookings can only be made by persons aged 18 or over. We may ask for proof of age and required verification of such proof.

1. A deposit may be charged at the time of Booking to secure the date, This Fee Is NON-RETURNABLE.

2. Any extra hours required on the night outside those times booked will be charged at £30 per hour or part hour.

3. The Client shall have the right to CANCEL the Artiste's date(s) by serving upon the Artiste not less than 28 clear days notice in writing, failure to do so will incur payment in full for Date(s) Cancelled and MUST be paid BY THE DATE OF THE CANCELLED ENGAGEMENT(S).

4. The Client is responsible for the safety and security at the venue and shall evict any persons causing nuisance to the Artiste, the Artistes Assistant or any other persons there.

5. The Artiste will supply all necessary Amplification, and equipment to perform and will be completely self contained apart from the electrical supply - The Client must ensure that the neccesary power supply is present.

6. In the event of any damage or loss of equipment or material provided by the Artist for the purpose of performance by persons on the premises the Client shall be liable to pay IN FULL the repair or replacement costs of equipment and the hire of necessary Equipment or material during replacement time and to compensate any loss of work due to the damaged/lost Equipment.

7. In the event that the booked Artiste is unable to attend personally the Booking Agent / Artiste shall endeavour to provide a substitute and the Client will be informed. Should the Booking Agent be unable to supply any substitute then the Artist shall become liable to compensate the Client for loss of revenue up to an amount not exceeding the Artists fee for that missed date.

8. Where time allows, all monies due as in this agreement must be paid not less than 28 days prior to the event, unless special provision has been made.

9. This booking is not classed as confirmed until the attached booking form has been received by us, is signed, and arrives with the Deposit amount mentioned on the form, at which time it shall become legally binding by both parties.
